    • Shipa Freight is an online platform that makes it easy to get air and ocean freight quotes, book, pay, and track international freight shipments online.   • What types of goods can I ship with Shipa Freight?
    • Shipa Freight allows you to ship many different types of goods including hazardous and dangerous material. However, Shipa Freight does not handle personal goods.   • What countries do you ship to and from?
    • Shipa Freight is backed by Agility’s extensive network of 500+ offices in over 100 countries, meaning that we can ship to and from most locations. To see if we ship to or from your location, fill out a quote request on our home page.

  • What can I send or receive with Shipa?
    • Pretty much everything. We built our platform around you by bringing together the largest virtual fleet and developed an application for you to have full control of your deliveries and payment.

  • How can I track my orders?
    • That’s the easy part! You will be offered many ways to track your orders live. We will send you an SMS with a weblink to track your shipment from your mobile. You can as well enter your order number on our website and track your order. Last but not least, you can download our Shipa Delivery app and track your orders and receive notifications. This is the best way to watch us in action!

  • Why Shipa Delivery?
    • Many reasons why you should think Shipa Delivery when you need a last mile delivery solution. It is about outsourcing your operations department to a third party that cares!   • Is there a minimum daily volume to open a business account?
    • Anyone can use Shipa Delivery. If you have less than 3 deliveries a day we suggest you use our application and enjoy the freedom of choosing your pick up and delivery time. You will pay for what you use, not more!

  • Do you do warehousing?
    • Yes, we do! We can store your goods in our warehouse, pick and pack your orders and deliver. Extend your business and rest assured to receive the best service you wish for. We will make sure to bring a smile to your customers’ face for each and every order.

  • Where do you offer same day delivery?
    • Same day delivery service is available within cities. In the UAE, you can enjoy same day delivery from Dubai to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.

  • Can I have a dedicated fleet?
    • Yes, we do offer different catered solutions to respond to your own needs! Contact us on 800-SHIPA and we will customize a solution just for you!

  • What items are prohibited when sending locally?
    • Anything illegal! We don’t transport People, animals, alcoholic beverages, weapons, hazardous waste, etc. You can check our T&Cs here for a full list of prohibited items.

  • What items are prohibited when sending internationally?
    • To ensure your orders safety, please make sure you don’t ship any prohibited and dangerous items.

  • Does Shipa Delivery offer a protection for my parcels?
    • Your goods are very valuable to us. We have contracted an insurance to provide you coverage. That being said we are focused on preventing any of this from happening by training and holding our Assistants to the highest standards when they are shipping your goods.

  • What can I send or receive with Shipa?
    • Pretty much everything. We built our platform around you by bringing together the largest virtual fleet and developed an application for you to have full control of your deliveries and payment. We trained and equipped our “assistant” to best serve you.

  • How quickly do you deliver?
    • Your time is valuable to us. That’s why we are offering a true on demand service with a promise of a one-hour delivery window. This is made possible with our large base and the convenience in the App where you can play with timing and locations.

  • What about price of the delivery?
    • Welcome to the era of the true “pay as you use”. In an effort to always provide you with the most competitive pricing, we are able to tap into excess capacity that best suits your needs so that you never have to pay full price for a delivery.

  • Do I need the receiver exact address?
    • We acknowledge that picking an address can be challenging. That is precisely why we built our platform to be able to capture a delivery to a mobile or to a pin on a map as well as a traditional address. The receiver can also directly modify the address from within the App.

  • Are my items insured?
    • Your goods are very valuable to us. We have contracted an insurance to provide you coverage. That being said we are focused on preventing any of this from happening by training and holding our Assistants to the highest standards when they are shipping your goods.

      That being said, we recommend you add insurance cover for your package especially for valuable and fragile items. Our team will ensure that your shipments are handled with utmost care but if an accident happens, you will feel more secured with insurance.

  • What can I send or receive with Shipa parcel?
    • We allow you to send your parcel to over 200 countries worldwide through a network of handpicked carrier partners. We’ll help you compare the best quotes in the market from one screen, pick the most convenient offer for you and book your shipment in seconds. Please see below the maximum dimensions we can ship.

  • How quickly do you deliver?
    • Our platform will allow you to get different quotes to choose from according to your needs: the cheapest, the fastest and the best value for money. It can vary between 1-3 days, 3-5 days or more than 5 days. A solution for every need.

  • What about price per shipment?
    • That is the beauty of Shipa Parcel. You will be able to compare quotes from the best carriers in your market and pick the one that best matches your needs. If you are looking for the cheapest option in the market, you get it in few taps!

  • Are my items insured?
    • Your goods are very valuable to us. We have contracted an insurance to provide you coverage. That being said, we recommend you add insurance cover for your package especially for valuable and fragile items. Our team will ensure that your shipments are handled with utmost care but if an accident happens, you will feel more secured with insurance.

  • How should I pack my parcel?
    • We deliver thousands of packages everyday. It is important that you follow some simple steps to prevent your package from damage during the shipping process

      • Use a rigid corrugated box with flaps intact.
      • Use double walled boxes for heavier items.
      • If using an old box, ensure that you remove all old labels and delivery markings from the box.
      • Wrap individual pieces separately by using bubble wrap or other cushioning material to prevent items from shifting
      • Use strong tape designed for shipping to secure the flaps and corners. Apply at least three strips of tape
      • Use a single address label that has a clear, complete delivery address and secure it on the largest surface of the box
      • Place a duplicate address label inside the box (including return address)
  • Which shipping documents do I need?
    • If you’re sending a document, the courier airwaybill is all you need but please make sure the destination address is 100% accurate to experience the best service. If you’re sending a parcel or what we also call a non-document, then you will need to fill in a “Pro-forma Invoice” (customs declaration form). By filling in all the required fields in the Shipa Parcel website the Pro-forma invoice will automatically populate with the airwaybill. You will be sent the pro-forma invoice via email along with the airwaybill to be printed off ready for the courier to collect with the package. Please sign the pro-forma invoice at the bottom.

  • Do I need to declare the value of the shipment?
    • Yes, you are obliged to declare the value of the goods you want to ship. The custom duty and tax will be calculated based on the value of the goods. If the shipment’s declared seem to be peculiar, we will estimate the value based on market price. Our customer service team will contact you for any changes we might need to apply.

  • Can I track my shipment?
    • You will receive an automated email once your package is received in our facility. Another automated email will be sent to you once your package is shipped. You can also log in to your Shipa Parcel account and check the Orders List to see your shipment history. Click the tracking number listed in your order and it will redirect to our tracking system.
